The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) has awarded the Clara Martin Center a two-year, $3.87 million demonstration grant in support of their proposal to become the first community mental health agency in Vermont to be designated as a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC).
