How do I receive services?

If you are interested in CMC services, you can call (802) 728-4466 or walk-in and speak to one of our access specialists. We also offer 24hr emergency services at (800) 639-6360. 

 

What ages do you offer services to?

We work with individuals and families of all ages. We have programs for child, families, transition aged youth, and adults.

 

What if I don’t have insurance?

That’s ok! Here at CMC we work with individuals to help eliminate as many barriers to care as possible, including cost. CMC has a sliding fee scale and fee waiver program for eligible individuals. No one will be turned away due to lack of ability to pay. 

 

menWhat if English is not my 1st or primary language?

We work with Translation Line and/or AAVL to provide translation services. Please inform the access specialist you are working with that you would like a translator.

What if I have a physical disability, what accommodations do you offer?

All locations have ADA access points, and we can also work with those who prefer remote services.

 

Where are you located?

We have multiple locations to ensure distance is not a barrier to care. We have locations in Randolph, Bradford and Wilder. Please call (802) 728-4466 to speak with an access specialist to see what location is closest to you.
