Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA)

Clara Martin Center is proud to offer training in Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA) to our community partners. These trainings are offered free of charge through the AWARE VERMONT grant administered through Vermont Care Network funded by SAMHSA.

YMHFA is an 8-hour course that teaches adults how to help a youth who is developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis.  The training helps you identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illnesses and addictions.

Clara Martin Center will bring YMHFA training to your site.  We provide professionally trained Youth Mental Health First Aid instructors for the full-day training.

To sign up contact Jenni Campbell at 802-728-4466 ext. 285 or email: jcampbell@claramartin.org
