Capstone provides comprehensive services to help Vermont families and individuals meet basic needs such as food, shelter and transportation. Capstone alleviates the suffering caused by poverty, works with individuals and families to move out of poverty and advocates for economic justice for all Vermonters.

Chelsea Health Center
The Chelsea Health Center provides family medicine, routine and acute health care for the community of Chelsea and beyond. Clara Martin Center’s Chelsea office is located in the Chelsea Health Center building.

Collaborative Solutions Corporation
Second Spring is a licensed Level III Care Home offering nursing and psychiatric services, as well as clinical, vocational and case management services. Second Spring has facilities in Williamstown and Westford, Vermont.

Green Mountain United Way

RCT is a non-profit transportation brokerage that uses all modes of transportation including buses, wheelchair accessible vans, taxis, and volunteer drivers.

Upper Valley Services
Upper Valley Services provides opportunity, support, and assistance to people with developmental disabilities enabling them to safely live, work and socialize in their communities in ways which are based upon their individual needs, values, interests and choices.

White River Craft Center
The White River Craft Center (WRCC) promotes self-help for individuals through stewardship and appreciation of traditional crafts by providing opportunities for craft education and community partnerships.
