State of Vermont Department of Health
The Department of Health is part of the Vermont Agency of Human Services and is the State’s lead agency for public health policy and advocacy. AIDS Project of Southern VT
The AIDS Project of Southern Vermont is a regional AIDS service organization providing direct services to people living with HIV/AIDS and HIV prevention services to those at most risk in Windham, Bennington, and southern Windsor counties.

AIDS Response Seacoast (NH)
AIDS Response Seacoast is a non-profit community-based AIDS Service Organization dedicated to providing education, direct assistance and advocacy for persons and communities affected by HIV/AIDS.

AIDS Services Monadnok (NH)
AIDS Services for the Monadnock Region (ASMR) is the AIDS Service Organization (ASO) in rural southwestern New Hampshire. ASMR is a non-profit 501(c)(3) agency serving Cheshire County, southern Sullivan County and western Hillsborough County.
