What To Expect When Setting Up Services

Clara Martin Center provides services to community members through an access system that is flexible and responsive to one’s current needs or requests for care. Same Day Access Clinicians are trained to help navigate the process and support until an individual is able to connect with a clinician. When an individual calls, the Same Day Access Clinician will gather the information listed below to help them connect them with the appropriate services.

• Identify areas to focus on
• Begin to match needs with the appropriate services
• Address any financial concerns
