Alyssum's 2 bed home is a residential crisis respite and hospital diversion service funded by the Vermont Department of Mental Health.
Chris’s Place
Chris’s Place, run by Clara Martin Center, is a voluntary short-term stabilization program that can be accessed by community members 18 years of age or older, as a step down from inpatient care until returning home, or as an alternate placement from inpatient care if clinically appropriate.
